About Jacque Pierro

Growing up in Columbus, Ohio, Jacque always felt at home with a pencil in her hand. At just three years old, her very first “studio” was tucked beneath the family dining room table. Inspired by her grandmother’s love of quilting and handcrafting plush dolls and stuffed animals, Jacque began dreaming up her own creations—many of which she and her mother happily sold together at local art markets.

Her professional journey began as a fashion designer and illustrator for a small independent clothing company, before an unexpected and exciting turn led her into the world of animation at Walt Disney Animation Studios in Orlando, Florida. There, she contributed to beloved films including Mulan, Tarzan, Lilo & Stitch, Brother Bear, and The Princess and the Frog.

After nearly a decade bringing stories to life on screen, Jacque opened her own studio, where she now focuses on illustration, surface and pattern design, and product design. Her artwork is licensed across home décor and gift collections, carrying her signature style into homes around the world.

Jacque is continually inspired by fresh collections, cheerful color palettes, and custom pattern design—each piece sprinkled with sass and whimsy. Through her work, she hopes to bring warmth, happiness, and a little spark of joy to every space it reaches.
